From an early age, I felt a deep connection to the unseen—drawn to the wisdom of the stars, the magic of the Moon, and the energy flowing through the world around me. Raised just outside of New Orleans in a loving, close-knit family, I carried a seeker’s spirit—always curious about what lay beyond the boundaries of tradition and everyday life.

Crystals were my first teachers, inspired by my grandfather’s rock collection, and over time my spiritual exploration expanded. Yoga entered my life during pregnancy as a way to ease anxiety, later deepening into a sacred practice of healing and self-discovery. The chakras, energy work, and the divine feminine became guiding threads on my path, shaping the way I approach transformation and empowerment today.
