Simple Ritual: Breath & Balance

The purpose of this ritual is to help you return to center, quiet the noise, and invite harmony into both your inner and outer world. Libra’s energy reminds us that balance begins with the smallest choices — even the way we breathe.

What You’ll Need:

• A candle (white or pink for balance and love)

• A quiet space where you can sit comfortably

Steps:

1. Light your candle and sit with your spine tall and shoulders relaxed.

2. Close your eyes and place one hand on your heart, one on your belly. Inhale for a count of 4, pause, then exhale for a count of 4. Continue this balanced breath for several rounds.

3. As you breathe, silently repeat: “I welcome harmony. I release what pulls me off balance.”

4. When you feel ready, open your eyes and blow out the candle, carrying this sense of balance into your day.
